Returns
- It is very important to Green and Greener that
you are delighted with your purchases. However, we
are a small business so we need to put some limits
on how items can be returned.
- Feminine hygiene and bath/body products can not
be returned
- You have 30-days to return all
other products for a refund or credit minus shipping.
Products must be unused and still have all tags.

to arrange a return or exchange.
Product must be returned via a traceable
delivery method and must be insured
for its full value. Please do not return products
without contacting us first and receiving a return
authorization number that will insure your
products are not lost.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped to California will incur an
8.25% sales tax.
Security
This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer)
encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.
Shipping
- All orders received by 3pm Pacific will ship the following business
day (unless otherwise noted.)
- We only ship via ground or U.S. Postal, whichever makes
the most sense based on package weight, because it creates less pollution and
let’s face it, no one’s life is on the line here.
- You will only be charged estimated shipping costs (no handling.)
Unfortunately, until your package is packed we won’t know ACTUAL shipping so sometimes
we make money on the shipping and sometimes we lose. We figure it all works out in the end.
- We only ship using materials that are recycled, recyclable or fully biodegradable.
Any plastic or foam we use is second-hand reuse. Please take any styrofoam to a local mail services store for reuse.
- We do not ship internationally or outside of the continental U.S. because
it creates too much pollution and we believe everyone should try to buy as locally as possible.
